Manager to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring efficient workflow and excellent customer service. This position requires a professional with exceptional organizational skills, the ability to collaborate effectively within a team, and experience in the automotive sector.


Job Summary

As the Parts Manager at Michael J's Collision, you will be responsible for overseeing the parts department and ensuring the smooth operation of the facility. Your role will involve managing and organizing parts efficiently, working closely with technicians and estimators, and maintaining an effective system for parts inventory. Proficiency with the CC One management system is essential to excel in this role.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the team to maintain an efficient and organized parts department.
  • Develop and implement a systematic parts management system to categorize and track all parts.
  • Assist in work production on the shop floor by ensuring the timely availability of required parts.
  • Coordinate with technicians and estimators to provide accurate and timely parts for repairs.
  • Maintain clear and accurate records of parts inventory and orders.
  • Uphold a high standard of customer service and professionalism.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to parts availability or quality.

Qualifications

  • Experience in the automotive sector is preferred.
  • Proficiency with the CC One management system is preferred.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and people skills.
  • Outstanding organizational abilities, attention to detail, and time management.
  • Ability to create and maintain a structured and efficient parts management system.
